Today was Monday and I wanted to create an easy dinner (needing not many ingredients and not a lot of time to prepare) to meet my husband when he comes back from work, an easy and yummy dinner to say Happy Monday, because Mondays when the working weeks starts are always difficult!
And this is my suggestion:
Baked cheese in the oven
This recipe is very easy to prepare, doesn’t need you to do almost anythng except putting all the ingredients in the dish and just turn on the oven.
- 400gr grated cheese (cheddar)
- 3 eggs
- 400ml milk
- seasoning: ground black peppar, parsley, red peppar
Note! I never add salt, because my toddler eats the meals I prepare and because I prefer not to eat salt if I can avoid it, but you can add according to your taste.
You mix all the ingredients and put them in a tray (I used a glass tray).
Bake in a 200 degrees oven for 30 minutes or until set and brown on the top.
Serve with a fresh salad: lettuce, tomato, cucumber.
