Chicken Fingers With Crispy Doritos Coating – Easy And Yummy Meal

One of my favourite recipes using chicken fillets is preparing chicken fingers/strips. This is an easy to make meal, comfort food, suitable to have both when it is cold and when it is hot, you can combine with numerous side dishes and salad and they are always so yummy to have.

I present one very easy recipe that would help you prepare those loved by everyone chicken fingers, but with added deliciousness – chips coating. I usually use Doritos tortilla chips, because I like their taste and because they allow for a better coating of the meat. But if you have any other type of chips you would like to use, please do so and let me know of the results, doesn’t matter if it worked or not.

I also suggest you season either the coating or the meat, because otherwise the dish becomes a little bit bland.

Hi Ellie, yummy~ What a creative recipe! I have never known that it is possible to bake the chicken fillet in this way. Oh, definitely I’ll try this chicken fingers recipe out. Good job, Ellie! By the way, may I know what specific brands of the milk and flour you will usually use, or what types of them? Thank you.

Hi Kiev. I usually use the semi-skimmed milk I have in the fridge for my family, but you can try buttermilk as well. About the flour – I use either a plain flour or corn flour.

Hope it helps. It’s an easy and quick recipe, you don’t need anything fancy.
