Easiest Warm Breakfast, Mini Quiches

This festive and cold season, I wanted to share with you one very easy and quick recipe how to make a yummy warm breakfast for the people you love. You don’t need a lot of things to have a healthy, yummy breakfast, just the usual things you can find in the fridge – eggs, ham, cheese.

Of course, you can add everything you like in your quiche. Sometimes I add spinach for colour or other vegetables, cut in small. I then quickly bake this egg mixture in my muffin tin and in no time have a delicious breakfast.

Hope you give it a try. I just wanted to share with you this quick and easy recipe for warm breakfast recipe you can have any day of the week or during the weekends.


Mini Quiches in the Muffin tin 

Ingredients (makes 4 mini quiches):

  • 3 large eggs, beaten

  • 3-4 slices ham, cut in small

  • 50gr grated cheese

  • salt, pepper


  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients

  2. Grease the muffin tin and pour the egg mixture

  3. Bake in the oven at 190°C for 10-15 minutes or until golden baked

Enjoy your warm breakfast with toast.

It’s a very easy meal to prepare in the morning, even during the week, to charge you for the day ahead. Quiche, made with eggs and your favourite things (ham, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, etc.) is a good healthy breakfast to fill you up with energy.
