Easy Chocolate Treat – Cupcakes To Make Your Day Even Nicer

During the holidays I try to bring as much fun and happiness in the life of the people I love, especially to my little ones. Now that the school is off, I try to spoil them as much as possible – organizing different games and day trips, preparing their favourite meals and treats.

My older son is a big fan of Paw Patrol cartoon. Recently, I got him a magazine about those pups and inside I found a recipe that he was willing to try, a recipe for chocolate cupcakes.

I am presenting today the recipe for those cupcakes. The cupcakes shown in the magazine were decorated with paw prints made from candy, but I decided to leave them as they were so that to be a treat for grown-ups as well, all the family and friends.

Those chocolate cupcakes were very easy to make – I added all the ingredients into a bowl and my 3-year old stirred the mixture. Then all we had to do is pour the mixture into the cupcake tray and bake.

Enjoy those yummy chocolate cupcakes during the holidays or as an afternoon treat any time of the year!

  • 2tsp vanilla extract

  • 1tbsp milk

  2. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and stir with a spoon until you get a well-mixed smooth pastry

  3. Pour the mixture into the cupcake cases, do not overfill

  4. Bake at 180°C pre-heated oven for 25 minutes

Decorate as you wish and enjoy with the people you love.

I made my cupcake using this mini pie maker – click here to see it. It is very easy to use appliance and you don’t have to worry that you will overcook your cupcakes or pies.

My little ones love cupcakes. I should admit that I have one favourite kind (I would share the recipe with you sometime) and I usually make them, so please tell me what cupcakes you prefer – what flavours, what are your favourite recipes, how you decorate them?

I would love to hear from you, just leave a comment below.
