Garlic Bread Paste, Goes Nicely With Stuffed Vegetables

As you know I really like stuffed vegetables – peppers, tomatoes, courgettes/zucchini, aubergines/eggplants, etc. And I sometimes make a special side-dish to go with the vegetables, a dish my grandma and mum used to make, especially during the Christmas festive season and I still make for my family – a garlic bread paste.

This recipe traditionally should be made on Christmas Eve to go with the home-made bread and stuffed peppers and cabbage leaves. But, because it is so delicious, I sometimes make it whenever we feel like having some heat (garlic) in our life πŸ™‚

This recipe is easy and quick and I think it is extremely scrumptious, especially if you don’t mind eating garlic. I, personally, like this garlic bread paste spread on warm home-made bread or together with any roasted vegetables.

Give this recipe a try and share my festive experience.
