I love BBQ, its aroma, its taste. But sometimes I don’t have the strength in me to start the grill. That is why sometimes I cheat a little bit and prepare something else super delicious and really easy to make. Like today’s recipe– chicken wings with soy sauce and sesame seeds glaze.
This recipe is very easy to make, consists of only a few steps that you need to follow and then you can enjoy a delicious dinner with the people you love.
I am presenting today the way I make the chicken wings the way my family likes them. You may have tried this or similar recipe before, but hope to give mine a go as well.

This pan makes the cooking seem so easy and that is why I use it almost for everything.

Chicken Wings with Soy Sauce and Sesame Seeds
1kg chicken wings, washed and dried, ready to cook
3-4tbsp self-raising flour
100ml soy sauce
2tbsp brown sugar
2-3tbsp sesame seeds
Sprinkle the chicken wings with the flour and roll them in it
Line a baking tray with grease-proof paper and place the chicken wings, season with black pepper. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 190-200°C
When the chicken wings are ready prepare the glazing: put the soy sauce, honey and sugar into a deeper frying pan and boil for a couple of minutes
Add the sesame seeds, stir well and add the chicken wings as well. Using a spoon mix them. Keep on the hot plate and stir from time to time until the sauce thickens and the glaze sticks to the chicken wings, just a few more minutes usually
When ready serve with your favourite side dish – potato wedges or fresh salad.
