Have A Relaxing Evening After The Holidays Rush, And Still Eat Your Favourite Things

After the holidays and the hard work you put to have a merry Christmas, I want to propose a quick, easy and no-time-consuming recipe for a lovely chicken dinner. I prepared it for the third day of Christmas when all the festive meals were already eaten, but my family was still in a holiday mood.

I wanted a quiet evening around the table with my husband and my children, so I wasn’t looking forward to spending a lot of time around the cooker. I decided, as at home everyone loves chicken in its endless variations, to give them something they never had before, which looks and sounds festive and yet it is very easy to prepare. Enjoy!

salt and pepper, other condiments (optional)

  1. Wash the chicken thighs, dry them and season with salt and pepper (use other condiments you like as well)

  2. Spread some crème cheese – as much as you like and whatever flavour you like (I usually use chive flavoured crème cheese), put some small knobs of butter on top (optional)

  3. Wrap in bacon and put in the baking tray

Have a nice evening!

Hi this a great simple recipe, I might just try this tonight. It’s my last family meal before I go back to work tomorrow so the fact I can knock it out quickly and spend more time with the family tonight is highly appealing!

Great recipe, please keep them coming!

Thank you, hope you do try it, tonight or any other lazy evening :-).
Have a great day, starting work in this new year.
